Trip To Utah!!

We loved our trip home to Utah this summer! It was filled with family and friends and AWESOME weather!! We could sit outside ALL day and not feel like we wanted to die:) Lots of pictures!

Uncle 'Mo', came to see us, which we were so excited about! We miss him...especially Dez!

The children loved playing with all my family's musical instruments...especially Noah on the drums! He was so comical to watch! He was so serious, then out of nowhere, he'd just start grinning like it was the best thing ever!!

Tayla and her cousin Astrid. They are only 3 months apart! This is the second time they have seen each other..the first time was when they were 6 months old! They had a blast!

Nate's sister and I went to see Eclipse:) We of course loved it and had a fun time getting out together for dinner and a movie:) Miss you Lisa!

Nate's mom came with us to go up to 3rd dam in Logan Canyon for a day. It was so beautiful out there! We loved it so much being in such fresh air and not an ounce of humidity! (at least that we could feel!)

Noah almost fell asleep. Traveling is tough stuff for the babes! Even me:)

I had the chance to get together with some friends for a girls weekend trip and also to get the children together! Here are a few of us that were still in Logan at the same time (Ang was taking the picture) It was so fun to see everyone's kiddos!

We had the chance to go to Temple Square and spent the whole day there! We loved it and we were so happy to show Tayla everything, since she loves temples and is so excited to go there someday:)

YES!! This is a sconecutter scone! I was thrilled to see one and made Nate stop off and get three of them, hahaha. Scones here in Texas are dense, hard, and yucky..not like this warm, gooey, blissfulness. Anyway, this is for all my Utah friends now living in Texas who all miss REAL scones, lol

Tayla truly loves Joseph Smith and she is so interested by all the things he has accomplished and the trials he has gone through. She HAD to pose by him numerous times and have me get a picture of her.

On the way to Wyoming, we stopped off at Bear Lake, and ate while finding seashells. Tayla has been wanting to do this ever since her friend from school went to the beach and brought her back a pretty seashell:)

Noah didn't like the sand getting in his crocs until he figured out that he could dump the rocks there himself...after that he had a great time getting dirty!

We loved our time in Utah and miss it even more now we are back in hot humid texas! We miss our family so much, and hope to be closer someday. We love you all!
